Vanilla Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting
It was supposed to be topped with Raspberry but, since, raspberry are expensive I used chocolate chips.
Hmm, what are my comments to cupcake number 4.. hmmm.. It was okay, Im still having problems with the amount of flour to be used. I am the last person who can estimate an amount with eyes. SO yeah.. I’m dumb.. =)) The buttercream was also too sweet.
But all in all, I must be improving...

Hazelnut and Chocolate Cupcake
It was supposed to be Hazelnut but I dont have any hazelnut at the moment so I improvise with almonds. xD
It turned out okay … I guess … T_T
This time I messed up the whole thing. 1st because my mixer cant handle 3 cups of flour. 2nd, I forgot to add the sugar with the other dry recipe so I added the sugar last. Total mess. And the result is okay. I mean I liked it. Not too sweet....
